Tomorrows Travel Group has expanded its operations with the acquisition of the Bournemouth division of Xelabus, which traded as Freedom. The acquisition includes vehicles and the Bournemouth operating centre. Financial terms have not been disclosed.
Directors Jay Thornton and Jason Cousins said; "The acquisition supports Tomorrows Travel Group's ongoing development plans and strengthens its regional presence."
The addition will be integrated into existing Tomorrows Travel operations, with the Freedom name to be retired as part of the transition. The additional operating centre is expected to support future fleet expansion and improve operational efficiency.
Gareth Blair, Managing Director of Xelabus, said the transaction allows both businesses to focus on their respective operational priorities while strengthening our relationship with Tomorrows Travel.
Tomorrows Travel Group has said it will continue to pursue further opportunities in line with its growth strategy.
